PLSPA is currently funding and supporting to make a difference for tomorrw's generation, through our " iCan Program " 2 Bright Young College Students who are learning and preparing to build a State Of The Art Green Hydroponics Food And Produce Distribution Center by utilizing Aquaponics .
The goal is to establish a green house vegetable distribution center that not only grows fresh products by Aquaponic systems, but also has a cold storage facility onsite for cross produce distribution to reach more than 2 million people.
